Uploading and generation modes

The upload page does two jobs. It checks whether your account can generate, and it validates your files before anything gets queued.

Supported files and limits

The current upload policy accepts:

  • JPG and JPEG
  • PNG
  • WebP

The default limits are:

  • up to 25 files per batch
  • up to 400 MB per file

The upload page always shows the live limit. If those values change, trust what the page says.

Automatic compression

Large files may be auto-compressed before upload. If you want to skip that extra step, keep files under 10 MB when you can.

If a file is too large to compress safely, the uploader will stop and tell you to resize it yourself.

Choosing the right mode

Mode What you get Best fit
Low Fidelity A fast 3D pass Early checks, quick previews, simple shapes
Background Removal A transparent PNG cutout Product shots, isolated subjects, cleaner assets for design work
High Fidelity A slower, higher-detail 3D pass Final runs, client-facing output, more complex geometry

If you are not sure where to start, Low Fidelity is usually the cheapest way to test whether an image is worth pushing further.

Tips for cleaner results

  • keep the subject fully visible
  • use even light if you can
  • avoid busy backgrounds when the object edges matter
  • avoid motion blur
  • test one image first before you upload a large batch

Why the upload page may stay locked

The upload page can stay blocked for a few different reasons:

  • you are not signed in
  • your membership is not active
  • the app could not verify subscription status yet
  • your balance is too low for the job you are trying to run

If the page says it cannot verify your subscription, use the retry button first. That error is different from a hard "no."
