1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ModelMyImage, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

ModelMyImage provides routed image-to-3D generation. Users upload source images, configure generation settings, and receive downloadable 3D outputs.

3. Accounts and Credits

  • You must have an account to use the paid service.
  • Credits are purchased and consumed per generation according to the selected fidelity tier.
  • Credits are non-refundable except where required by law.
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • upload content you do not have rights to use;
  • submit illegal, harmful, or prohibited content;
  • bypass security controls or rate limits;
  • reverse engineer or abuse the service;
  • resell access without written authorization.

5. Ownership and License

  • Your content
    You retain ownership of uploaded source files and generated outputs.
  • Limited processing license
    You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to deliver requested outputs.
  • No AI model training on your data
    Uploaded source files and generated outputs are not used to train AI models.

6. Data Handling and Retention

  • We operate a 0 data retention policy for uploaded source files and generated outputs on our side.
  • Metadata required for account operations, billing, security, and legal obligations may be retained.
  • Inference is auto-routed across third-party systems, and short-lived processing may occur during generation.

7. Billing and Payments

  • Payments are handled by a managed payment processor.
  • Card details are not stored on application servers.
  • Credits are issued after successful payment verification.
  • Pricing may change with notice.

8. Availability and Support

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows, outages, and dependency failures may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ModelMyImage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
