Troubleshooting
If something feels off, start with the message the app is giving you. Most failures fall into a small set of repeat offenders.
The fast triage version
| What you see | What to check first |
|---|---|
| "You need a subscription to upload" | Membership status and sign-in state |
| "Unable to verify your subscription" | Retry the gate check, then refresh |
| "Insufficient credits" | Current balance and mode cost |
| "Invalid file type" | Use JPG, JPEG, PNG, or WebP |
| "File too large" | Resize first or upload a smaller original |
| Processing looks stuck | Reload the page or reopen the job from History |
| Download is missing | Open the job from History and try again |
"You need a subscription to upload"
This usually means one of two things:
- you are signed in, but your membership is not active
- billing is still being checked and the app is staying fail-closed
Go to Pricing if you need to start or manage a plan. If the page says it cannot verify your subscription yet, use the retry button first.
"Insufficient credits"
Your balance is lower than the cost of the job you are trying to run.
Go to Pricing, buy a top-up, then refresh the upload page. If the payment just went through, give the balance a moment to catch up.
File type or file size errors
Use one of the supported formats:
- JPG or JPEG
- PNG
- WebP
If a file is too large, try one of these:
- export a smaller original
- crop unused background
- reduce the image resolution before upload
Processing looks stuck
Try these in order:
- wait a moment and see whether the page reconnects on its own
- use the retry action if the page offers it
- reload the page
- open History and check whether the batch already finished
I cannot find my result
Open History. Recent jobs stay there for 60 days.
If the job is there but a specific download still fails, try the ZIP download for the whole batch. If that also fails, contact support and include the job ID if you have it.
Still stuck?
Use the contact form and include:
- what page you were on
- what action you took
- the exact error message
- the job ID or task ID if you have it
