How are credits consumed?
Each model you generate costs credits. Low Fidelity generations use 3 credits, and High Fidelity generations use 10.
Do credits expire?
No. Use them whenever you want, across any number of projects.
What file formats are supported?
Upload JPG, JPEG, or PNG images (policy limits are enforced in the upload flow). Output defaults to GLB, with other formats available depending on the model.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. Buy additional credit packs anytime. Larger packs cost less per credit.
Do you offer team billing?
Checkout is currently per account. For multi-user billing or centralized invoicing, contact us.
How is my data handled?
Your uploads and outputs are not used to train AI models. Inference is auto-routed with cleanup controls where available, and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
